Childhood trauma & family dynamics

Exploring your early experiences, trauma and attachment wounds.

If you had a tricky upbringing or complicated family dynamics, you may have learnt that being the together one or the unseen one felt safe, but how it's now keeping you isolated.

Self worth, guilt & the inner critic

When you're living with persistent self doubt, and that inner critic is telling you you're too much or not enough it can be exhausting. As women, we face many societal pressures and often these messages about how and who we 'should' be become our internal narrative.

We can explore that inner voice, and begin to challenge it.


Anxiety, burnout & emotional overwhelm

Beneath anxious thoughts, and your inner critic, there is often deep shame and fear — of failing or being rejected. And when life demands too much for too long — or when what you’re doing doesn’t feel meaningful, you can reach burnout.

Together, we uncover what’s underneath, helping you respond to yourself with curiosity and compassion so that you no longer feel gripped by anxiety.

Helping you to make sense of your relationships. Together, we can explore how you relate to yourself and others, notice recurring patterns, and work out what really matters to you. This isn’t about “fixing” you; it’s about gaining perspective, making sense of your experiences, and deciding what feels right for your life and relationships.

Perinatal Mental Health & Matrescence

Supporting you through the emotional challenges of pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, low mood, birth trauma, or adjusting to the profound changes that come with having a baby, I provide a compassionate space to process your experiences.

Life Transitions & Identity

Change can shift everything, including how we see ourselves. Whether it’s peri-menopause, changes in relationships, challenges at work, or another life shift, we can explore what these changes have brought up for you — who you are now, and who you’re becoming — helping you reconnect with your authentic self.
